In this talk Dr Brennan offers an introduction to brain fog. She will describe the most common symptoms and the often debilitating impact that they can have on individual’s affected. She will outline the cognitive domains affected and give detailed insight into the underlying causes which include; health conditions, medications, hormonal imbalance or fluctuations, nutritional or dietary deficiencies and lifestyle factors including sleep, stress and exercise. She will offer some practical, domain specific strategies to cope with symptoms and more general lifestyle tips to eliminate brain fog.
