The COVID pandemic has shown the importance of communicating clear scientific messages to a wider public. We are used to communicating our research to our peers, via such things as publications and conference presentations, where the audience is expected to have a high level of background knowledge. However to reach a wider audience you may need to adapt your message. This session will focus on some ways to help present your research to the public. In particular, we will look at how material can be communicated using the news media.

This session was recorded on 16 October 2022 at the 35th ECNP Congress in Vienna.
